Premier Inn in Newport/Telford, part of Whitbread, is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for 24 guaranteed hours per week. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour on a permanent contract. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve meals and beverages, and help guests during their stay.

No hotel experience is required; training is provided. If you enjoy busy, guest-facing work with a friendly team, this role could be for you. Travel between locations may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay calm and handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner and bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy
• Support teammates during busy periods
• Ensure guests are looked after from arrival to departure
