Job summary

Whitbread’s Newark Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and support breakfast or dinner service. You’ll help guests have a smooth stay and assist across hotel operations.

No prior hotel experience is required; if you’re friendly, stay calm under pressure and enjoy helping people, we’ll teach you the rest. Evenings, weekends and 20 guaranteed hours per week are included at up to £13.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
