Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member for Mansfield. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and help serve breakfast or dinner while staying flexible as shifts vary across evenings and weekends. Training is provided, and you’ll join a team that supports each other to ensure guests have a smooth stay.

Pay is up to £13.06 per hour with a permanent contract and 20 guaranteed hours per week. Location is South Normanton, Alfreton, Derbyshire.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused and able to stay calm in busy periods.
• No hotel experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and work behind the bar when needed.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates during busy periods and ensure smooth hotel operations.
