Job summary

Whitbread PLC, Premier Inn Darlington East (Morton Park), is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, breakfast and dinner service, and help guests have a smooth stay across shifts that include evenings and weekends.

This permanent role offers a pay of up to £13.06 per hour, with 16 guaranteed hours per week and a permanent contract. No two shifts are the same, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Able to stay calm when busy and busy periods occur.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and alcohol handling.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Help keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
