Whitbread's Premier Inn in Cockermouth is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help ensure each guest’s stay runs smoothly. Shifts include evenings and weekends.

• No hotel experience required; friendly, helpful attitude welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in
• Serve breakfast or dinner and help behind the bar
• Answer questions and solve problems to ensure a smooth stay
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates when busy
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
