Job summary

Whitbread’s Premier Inn at Letchworth Garden City is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll help guests with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and assist during busy periods. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with a permanent contract and 16 guaranteed hours per week.

No prior hotel experience is required; if you’re friendly and enjoy helping people, you’ll be trained to handle a range of guest needs and keep the hotel running smoothly.

• Friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm when busy.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
