South Wales Police is seeking a Grievance Manager to join the HR Operational Team – Case Management. You will investigate staff grievances, plan investigations, and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

You will advise senior managers on the Grievance Procedure, ensure compliant handling of sensitive matters, and liaise with Joint Legal Services on employment legislation and ACAS guidance.

Formación

• Experience advising Senior Managers on Grievance Policy and procedures.
• Strong understanding of ACAS Code of Practice on discipline and grievances.
• Proven interviewing, report writing and analytical abilities.
• Sound understanding of employment legislation and force policies.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate grievances as directed, in line with policy.
• Plan and conduct investigations, including interviews and evidence gathering.
• Advise Senior Managers on the Grievance Procedure.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Liaise with Joint Legal Services to ensure compliance with legislation and ACAS Code.
