Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate grievance cases from initial concern through to resolution.
• Provide impartial investigations into employee relations matters and prepare investigation reports.
• Offer professional HR advice and guidance to managers on workplace disputes.
• Support managers and investigating officers in conducting formal grievance meetings and appeals.
• Liaise with employees, Trade Unions and stakeholders as required.
• Maintain accurate records and generate management information relating to grievance cases.
