A community healthcare provider in Greater Manchester seeks an Area Care Team Leader to support the Senior Leadership team and manage internal carers. The role involves delivering high-quality care to children aged 0-19 years and building strong relationships within the team and families. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children, effective team-building skills, and a commitment to the charity's vision and values.

Role Type: Permanent
Salary: £26,812-£28,275 (based on 37.5 hours per week) depending on relevant qualifications, experience and competency.

As an Area Care Team Leader, you will support the Senior Leadership team and work with the Senior Carers to manage an internal care team, helping to deliver a first-class care service.
You will deliver care to children aged 0 to 19 years, within their own homes and in the community. You will promote positive life experiences and choices and make memories with children who may have short lives.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high quality care and developing a team. You’ll build strong relationships with other carers and staff within Lagan’s Foundation and the families to provide exceptional care at every stage and promote internally and externally the amazing work the charity offers through donated and commissioned care streams.
