Team Resourcing Limited is seeking a New Home Sales Advisor to cover developments around Grantham. The role requires weekend work (Thursday to Monday) and entails managing enquiries, tours, reservations and handovers with a focus on customer service.

You will coordinate with in-house teams, promote mortgage options, and drive sales while ensuring high standards across show homes and public areas.

Formación

• Minimum 1 years recent UK New Build experience.
• Must be a car driver and willing to travel up to an hour.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of sales across developments, show homes and public areas, conducting monthly audits to maintain high standards.
• Handle customer enquiries via website, telephone, email or walk-in, logging details and converting to site visits or appointments.
• Qualify customers, establish moving timelines, needs and financial scenarios to secure reservations, maximise revenue and margin.
• Promote use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to help customers meet purchasing deadlines.
• Secure customer reservations and progress sales with in-house legal teams and sales admins to ensure timely completion.
• Maximise unit upgrades, process orders, take payments and ensure all options are installed before completion.
• Be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high levels of service and aiming for high recommendation scores.
• Complete administrative and reporting tasks per company policies and timelines.
• Undertake new home inspections, flag issues with site management, introduce customers to their new homes and provide aftercare at defined intervals.
