Job summary

Maitland Selwyn is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor for a brand new development in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The role covers 35 hours per week, including weekends, with a salary of £26,000 basic plus commission.

You will welcome visitors, conduct viewings, and guide buyers through the purchasing journey, while liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisers to progress sales. A Full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous property sales experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, positive and proactive approach.
• Able to work weekends as part of the Thursday to Monday rota.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective purchasers at new homes developments.
• Conduct property viewings and professionally present new homes.
• Manage customer enquiries and guide buyers through the purchasing journey.
• Build strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other parties to progress sales.
• Ensure the sales office and show homes are maintained to an exceptional standard.
