Job summary

Maitland Selwyn is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor for a brand new development in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The role covers 35 hours per week, including weekends, with a salary of £26,000 basic plus commission.

You will welcome visitors, conduct viewings, and guide buyers through the purchasing journey, while liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisers to progress sales. A Full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous property sales experience is essential.

• A professional, positive and proactive approach.
• Able to work weekends as part of the Thursday to Monday rota.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused sales professional with proven experience in new homes sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey while achieving sales targets.

Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
