CoverMy Insurance in Grantham is seeking a full-time Sales and Customer Support Representative. You will handle a high volume of calls and emails, using product knowledge to advise customers on general insurance products.

The role requires a focused, self-motivated individual who can meet performance targets and maintain accurate records. The position is office-based in Grantham with 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday 8am-8pm.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or customer service experience.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• IT literate and CRM data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate new business and renewal sales.
• Handle a variety of emails from potential and existing customers.
• Provide clear information about general insurance products and services.
• Assist existing customers with general enquiries, renewals and policy changes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve monthly individual performance and quality targets.
• Work collaboratively in a team to achieve business objectives.
