Team Resourcing Limited is seeking a Float New Home Sales Advisor based in Leicester or the surrounding area with easy access to the M1. The role covers developments in the region, requiring weekend work (Thursday to Monday).

You will manage show homes, respond to customer enquiries, qualify buyers, and coordinate with brokers and solicitors to secure reservations and timely completions. Strong customer service and drive to travel up to an hour are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recent UK New Build experience.
• Must be a car driver and willing to travel up to an hour.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of development sales, show homes and public areas and conduct monthly sales excellence audits to maintain presentation.
• Manage all customer enquiries (website, telephone, email or walk-in) and convert to site visit or appointment.
• Qualify customers, establish moving timelines, needs and financial situation to secure reservations with maximum revenue and margin.
• Promote and coordinate use of mortgage brokers and solicitors to meet purchasing deadlines.
• Ensure reservations meet sales targets and coordinate with legal teams and sales admin for timely progress to completion.
• Maximise unit upgrades and oversee orders, payments and installation of options before completion.
• Act as primary contact for customers, delivering high levels of service and encouraging recommendations.
• Complete administrative and reporting tasks per company policies and timelines.
• Conduct new home inspections and address issues with site management, ensuring smooth move-in and after-care.
