Job summary

Radius is seeking a Graduate Installation Coordinator to join our Crewe office. You will handle installation bookings and customer queries within SLAs, coordinating with installers and internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

You’ll manage tickets, keep CRM records up to date and communicate effectively with customers, engineers and colleagues to meet key metrics. This role is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2:1 degree in any subject.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to develop relationships with the team and wider business.
• Organised and efficient; proactive and forward-thinking.
• Able to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage time and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet client and business needs.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls/emails relating to installation within SLAs and metrics.
• Manage service desk tickets raised by other areas within SLAs.
• Coordinate installation bookings with 3rd party engineers.
• Inform customers of installation dates and updates.
• Update customer accounts and tickets in the CRM.
• Notify management of issues/risks to SLAs.
• Respond to emails within SLAs; resolve customer and engineer queries.
