Job Description

The Field Engineer plays a key role in installing vehicle telematics products into customers’ vehicles with professionalism and timely execution. This position focuses on customer satisfaction, relationship building and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive daily communication with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Complete health and safety documentation before each installation or repair.
• Ensure the “Job Sheet” is completed and signed before leaving the work area.
• Perform assigned work on time, accurately and with high quality workmanship.
• Troubleshoot customer queries regarding faulty equipment and suggest resolutions.
• Maintain accurate inventory accountability and secure all company equipment.
• Encourage a tidy van, tidy mind attitude.

Qualifications

• Clean UK driving licence.
• Excellent attention to detail, judgment and logical decision making.
• Hands‑on individual ready to roll up sleeves and resolve issues.
