As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 or in small groups, follow plans set by staff and SENCO, and adapt resources to help students progress at their own pace. Right to work in the UK required.

We work with settings across Birmingham and the surrounding boroughs, including Solihull, Sandwell, Dudley and Halesowen, so wherever you're based it's worth showing your interest.
Weekly PAYE pay. A named consultant who'll give you a clear picture of a setting before you start, including the parts that are demanding. Access to SEN and behaviour training as you go. Placements built around continuity rather than one-off cover.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a school setting.
