Looking for a long-term placement supporting students with SEN and complex needs, across primary, secondary and alternative provision?
Ask anyone who's done this work well and they'll describe the same thing. Weeks of small adjustments and patience, then a morning where a breakthrough happens. A student manages a transition. They ask for help instead of leaving the room.

We work with settings in Coventry and the surrounding area, so if you'd be travelling in from Bedworth, Nuneaton, Rugby or Kenilworth, it's still worth showing your interest.
Weekly PAYE pay. A named consultant who'll give you an honest brief of a setting before you commit to it. Access to CPD as you build experience. Placements structured for continuity, because consistency is the foundation of student progress.
If you're looking to work as a teacher in a mainstream classroom, providing day-to-day supply cover, we're probably not the agency for you.
