Stantec offers a 2027 Graduate Programme for a Graduate Structural Engineer in our Redditch office, supporting design and delivery of structural solutions across water and wastewater projects. You will join a multidisciplinary team across Water, Civil, Structural and MEICA disciplines to deliver projects nationwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
Adaptability to changing tasks and environments.

Responsibilities

Support concept, scheme and detailed structural design for water and wastewater infrastructure.
Prepare calculations, models, specifications, drawings and technical reports.
Support inspections, walkovers and site visits to assess water assets.
Liaise with internal/external teams and develop communication skills.
Manage workload to meet project deadlines and assist with proposals.
Engage with Civil/Structural teams and sustainability initiatives to share best practices.
