Stantec Inc. in Redditch offers a 2027 Graduate Programme for a Graduate Structural Engineer, joining our Water and Structural Engineering teams to support design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will learn from experienced engineers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Water, Civil, Structural and MEICA disciplines, and benefit from structured graduate development, mentoring and progression planning to kick‑start your career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent is required.
• UK right to work for an indefinite period.
• Interest in water and wastewater infrastructure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supporting concept, scheme and detailed structural design for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Preparing calculations, models, specifications, drawings and technical reports.
• Supporting inspections, walkovers and site visits to assess existing water infrastructure assets.
• Liaising with internal and external team members, developing relationships and communication skills.
• Managing your own workload to meet project deadlines and supporting preparation of proposals or tenders for new work.
• Engaging with wider Civil and Structural teams, technical leadership and sustainability initiatives to share best practice.
