Job summary

Stantec is launching its 2027 Graduate Programme in Southampton for a Graduate Civil Engineer to support clean and wastewater infrastructure projects, from feasibility through to construction. You will work with the local team and specialists across disciplines, using AutoCAD and Civil 3D to present design solutions and contribute to reports and bids.

You will be part of a structured graduate development programme, with support for professional progression and ICE chartership, and you’ll join a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Unconditional right to live and work in the UK.
• Active in developing professional qualifications and chartered status.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities from feasibility through to construction.
• Produce detailed calculations, analysis and drawings.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other industry software for design solutions.
• Assist in reports, presentations, bids and proposals.
• Provide technical input to the wider project team.
