Stantec Inc. in Cardiff invites applications for a 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Civil Engineer. You will join a local engineering team and work with specialists across disciplines on clean and wastewater infrastructure for Wales and the UK.

You will gain exposure from feasibility to construction, producing calculations, analyses and drawings while delivering practical design solutions for clients. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will help deliver projects that improve water

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Unconditional right to live and work in the UK for an indefinite period.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset encouraged.
• Graduate engineer developing practical design and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support activities from feasibility through to construction with detailed calculations, analysis and drawings.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other software to present design solutions for clients.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, bids and proposals.
• Provide technical input on civil engineering matters to support the project team.
• Attend meetings and workshops with clients and colleagues from other disciplines.
