Job summary

Stantec is offering a 2027 Graduate Programme for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Brighton office, working with water-sector clients to deliver transformative infrastructure.

You'll learn from Senior Engineers, undertake calculations, design development, drawings, reports, site visits, and work toward Incorporated/Chartered status with ICE. Hybrid collaboration and mentoring provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Willingness to learn and develop professional qualifications with mentoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing designs for water-sector projects.
• Support preparation of drawings, reports and presentations.
• Attend site visits to collect data and support project delivery.
• Work with senior engineers to learn ArcGIS and other design tools.
