Job summary
Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is inviting applications for our 2027 Graduate Programme to appoint a Graduate Electrical Engineer in the High Wycombe office, joining the Water team to support electrical design for water and wastewater projects.
The role involves site visits, assisting senior engineers with documentation, and developing your understanding of electrical design. You will be supported by a regional South MEICA team and encouraged toward professional chartership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Ability to remain calm in changing situations and manage multiple tasks
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Undertaking site visits for condition assessment and information gathering.
- Supporting senior engineers with schedules and technical documents.
- Building up site power burden and calculating new site requirements.
- Supporting specification of system architecture layouts, including fibre network design.
- Participating in constructability workshops and contributing to practical design solutions.
- Developing technical capability through project work, training and graduate development.
