Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is inviting applications for the 2027 Graduate Programme in Redditch as a Graduate Civil Engineer. You will join a local engineering team and support the delivery of clean and wastewater infrastructure projects for local and national clients across the UK.

You will gain exposure from feasibility to construction, producing calculations, analyses and drawings while developing practical knowledge of civil engineering in the water sector.

Qualifications

• Graduate Civil Engineer with recognised degree and UK eligibility.
• Interest in water sector projects and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities from feasibility through to construction with detailed calculations, analysis and drawings.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D and related software to present design solutions for clients.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, bids and proposals.
• Provide technical input on civil engineering matters to support the project team.
• Attend meetings and workshops with clients and colleagues from other disciplines.
