Decisioning systems are central to our business — powering customer acquisition, lending, service, and collections. We\u2019ve built our own decision engine that combines advanced machine learning with traditional business rules to deliver effective lending strategies.
As a Graduate Decision Systems Analyst you’ll step into a unique tech role that blends programming and analysis with a deep understanding of UK lending. You’ll learn how business logic shapes lending decisions and how our systems bring loan products to life.
Our decision engine sits at the heart of our platform, interacting with tools like Salesforce, backend APIs, and external partners such as UK credit bureaus. You’ll gain a broad view of the systems behind customer acquisition and hands-on experience developing and refining them.
This role offers structured learning, mentorship, and real project work from day one. It’s designed to help you grow into a permanent Decision Systems Analyst with future opportunities in risk, pricing, or product.
