We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Safety Advisor to join our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) team, supporting projects across our water infrastructure frameworks. As a Graduate Safety Advisor, you\'ll have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures across operational sites
  • Assist in conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Help identify and assess risks, and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
  • Participate in incident investigations and support the reporting and analysis of findings
  • Collaborate with project teams to promote a positive safety culture and raise awareness of best practices
  • Contribute to toolbox talks, safety briefings and training sessions
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to health, safety and environmental performance
  • Learn how to interpret legislation and industry standards, and apply them in a practical, operational context
  • Visit sites regularly to gain hands-on experience and understand the challenges and opportunities in delivering safe infrastructure projects
