Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking graduates to join our Roads team, including Belfast opportunities. You will contribute to designing, improving and maintaining road networks that connect communities and support growth, learning from experienced engineers.

As a Graduate, you will work in multidisciplinary teams on highways, junctions and active travel schemes, producing drawings and calculations, analyzing data, attending site visits and collaborating with clients to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support highway design and related infrastructure projects.
• Produce technical drawings and calculations.
• Analyze traffic and transport data.
• Attend site visits and engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Help develop practical engineering solutions.
