WSP is seeking graduates to join our Roads team in 2027, contributing to designs and improvements of road networks that connect communities and support growth. You will work in multidisciplinary teams, assisting highway design, technical drawings, and traffic analyses while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

You will start in April or September 2027, and join a two-year Graduate Development Programme designed to build skills, network, and chartership pathway within a global engineering firm.

Qualificações

• A 2:2 or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Check degree backgrounds considered for graduate roles via Transport and Infrastructure Graduate Opportunities.
• Available to start in April or September 2027.
• Interest in road/highway infrastructure and transport networks.
• Curious, collaborative and motivated to solve engineering challenges.
• Willing to learn, share ideas and work with diverse specialists.
• Willing to learn and develop technical skills and broaden experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support highway design, producing technical drawings and calculations.
• Analyse traffic and transport data for project insights.
• Attend site visits and engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Help develop practical solutions to complex civil engineering challenges.
• Work within multidisciplinary project teams with experienced engineers.
• Contribute to projects that keep communities connected through sustainable transport networks.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
