Job summary

WSP is recruiting graduates to join our Roads team in 2027 to design, improve and maintain road networks that connect communities and support growth. You will work on schemes ranging from major highways to active travel routes as part of multidisciplinary teams under experienced engineers.

We’re looking for a 2:2 in Civil Engineering or related field, with a passion for transport and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 2:2 in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Interest in road and highway infrastructure and transport networks.
• Motivated to learn and develop technical skills on real projects.

Responsibilities

• Support highway design and related engineering tasks.
• Produce technical drawings and calculations.
• Analyse traffic and transport data to inform designs.
• Attend site visits and engage with clients and stakeholders.
