Roads Infrastructure Design: London, Cambridge, Birmingham, Manchester/Liverpool
As a Graduate in our Roads team, you will contribute to projects that help keep people and communities connected through safe, efficient and sustainable transport networks. Our teams work on a wide range of schemes, from major highways and junction improvements to active travel routes, smart mobility solutions and large-scale infrastructure developments that support future growth.
You will be part of multidisciplinary project teams, supported by experienced engineers and specialists, and given exposure to real‑world challenges. You could find yourself supporting highway design, producing technical drawings and calculations, using industry‑standard software, analysing traffic and transport data, attending site visits, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and helping develop practical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
