WSP is seeking graduates for its Roads team in 2027 across London, Cambridge, Birmingham and Manchester/Liverpool. As a Graduate, you will contribute to projects that connect communities through safe, sustainable transport networks, from major highways to active travel schemes.

You’ll work in multidisciplinary teams, gain exposure to highway design, drawings and calculations, use industry-standard software, analyse traffic data, attend site visits and engage with clients to develop practical

Qualifications

• 2:2 in Civil Engineering or related degree.
• Available to start April or September 2027.
• Interest in road and highway infrastructure and transport networks.
• Curious, collaborative and motivated to solve engineering challenges.
• Comfortable sharing ideas and learning from others.
• Ownership of work and development while creating value for clients.
