A global property and construction consultancy is seeking a Graduate to assist in cost and procurement management processes. This role involves supporting Cost Managers with the preparation of estimates, reports, and administration of contracts. The ideal candidate will have a RICS exempting degree and demonstrate clear communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. As a Graduate you will:
Assist in all cost and procurement management processes, with a view to successfully completing the Gleeds’ internal APC preparation programme; and self-development training in readiness for attaining Chartered status Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
