• Must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or be working towards one.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans and estimates.
• Support measurement and valuation of work on-site.
• Help prepare and submit tenders and contract documents.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure specifications.
• Collaborate with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements.
