Job description

Tetra Tech has an opportunity for a Graduate to join the Cost Consultancy team to assist in all cost and procurement management processes, with a view to successfully completing the Tetra Tech's internal APC preparation programme; and self-development training in readiness for attaining Chartered status with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and initial estimating
• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Fund monitoring and due diligence
• Assisting in the management and delivery of construction projects
• Contract Administration as Employer's Agent
• Working closely with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers and Project Managers
• Assisting with a range of pre and post contract surveying duties, We take pride in delivering projects effectively for clients. This often requires colleagues to be together- in offices or on site - to ensure the best outcomes. However, when possible, we also advocate for flexibility around how, when, and where you work.
