Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Graduate Quality Engineer to join the HS2 project team based in Aylesbury or Chipping Warden. This 2-year permanent programme progresses toward an assistant level role with salary potential to around £38k.

The role supports Site Engineers to close out Inspection & Test Plans and checklists, ensuring compliance across construction phases while developing civil engineering expertise and professional skills on a major infrastructure programme.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering ICE accredited or closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Engineers to close out Inspection & Test Plans and their checklists.
• Ensure compliance throughout the construction phases.
• Support delivery of quality across projects.
