Job summary

Ferrovial Construction UK&I invites applications for a Graduate Design Engineer based in London, initially at Euston for 1–2 years. You will join the two-year graduate development programme to develop technical and professional skills under Design Managers and the site team.

You will contribute to major HS2 projects, coordinate multidisciplinary design work, and learn best practices through mentored on-site experiences in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (all disciplines considered).
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Analytical thinker and problem solver.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Commercial awareness of infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the Calvert Infrastructure Maintenance Depot (IMD).
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals in design development.
• Assist with RFIs and project documentation coordination.
• Coordinate project activities to help ensure on-time delivery and safety.
• Participate in design workshops, coordination meetings and reviews.
• Support compliance with health and safety, environmental and quality requirements.
