Job summary

Anglian Water @one Alliance in Peterborough is recruiting a Graduate Project Manager to join a major capital investment programme. You will gain hands-on experience across process engineering on large infrastructure projects and work with experienced PMs to build knowledge for a PM career.

The role is hybrid with a September 2027 start. A 2:2 degree in Business Studies or Project Management and a willingness to travel are required, along with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree or above in Business Studies or Project Management.
• Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Water/ Construction industry knowledge.
• To be able to work in an open and collaborative way– practice integrated working with all Alliance teams and the client
• Apply rigour to key projects and tasks that require accurate and timely delivery and decision making
• The ability to organise your workload and meet deadlines
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
• An interest in infrastructure, construction or the built environment

As a Graduate Project Manager you’ll be part of this exciting programme from the start, gaining hands-on experience of Process Engineering across major infrastructure projects. You’ll work alongside experienced Project Management professionals building your knowledge, developing your skills and working towards a successful career in Project Management. You’ll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience and work towards your longer-term career goals.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for graduates who are curious, collaborative and keen to build a career in Project Management and who enjoy working with people, solving problems and learning new things. You’ll need:

• A 2:2 degree or above in Business Studies or Project Management
