Anglian Water Group Ltd. is hiring a Graduate Process Engineer to join the @one Alliance in Peterborough on a hybrid basis, starting September 2027.
You will gain hands-on experience across major infrastructure projects, working with experienced engineers to build your knowledge and progress in process engineering. We seek graduates with a 2:2 degree or above and a BEng or MSc in water/wastewater process engineering.

Together, we’re delivering projects to help protect and improve one of the UK’s most important resources - water. As a Graduate Process Engineer you’ll be part of this exciting programme from the start, gaining hands‑on experience of Process Engineering across major infrastructure projects. You’ll work alongside experienced Engineering professionals building your knowledge, developing your skills and working towards a successful career in Process Engineering. You’ll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience and work towards your longer‑term career goals.
We’re looking for graduates who are curious, collaborative and keen to build a career in Process Engineering and who enjoy working with people, solving problems and learning new things.
We welcome applications from candidates outside the region who are willing and able to relocate or travel to Peterborough and the East Anglia Region.
