Job summary

Anglian Water Services is recruiting a Graduate Project Manager to join the @one Alliance in Peterborough on a hybrid basis. You will start in September 2027 and gain hands-on experience of process engineering across major infrastructure projects, learning from seasoned project management professionals.

You will develop your skills through structured development, supporting delivery teams, and progressing toward a professional career in project management within the water sector.

Qualifications

• A 2:2 degree or above in Business Studies or Project Management.
• Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Water/Construction industry knowledge.
• To be able to work in an open and collaborative way- practice integrated working with all Alliance teams and the client.
• Apply rigour to key projects and tasks that require accurate and timely delivery and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support project management teams across major infrastructure projects.
• Develop knowledge and skills in project management alongside experienced professionals.
• Contribute to on-site coordination and reporting.

As a Graduate Project Manager you'll be part of this exciting programme from the start, gaining hand-on experience of Process Engineering across major infrastructure projects.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Management professionals building your knowledge, developing your skills and working towards a successful career in Project Management.

You'll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience and work towards your longer-term career goals.

What we're looking for

We're looking for graduates who are curious, collaborative and keen to build a career in Project Management and who enjoy working with people, solving problems and learning new things.

You'll need:

• A 2:2 degree or above in Business Studies or Project Management
• Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives
• Water/ Construction industry knowledge
• To be able to work in an open and collaborative way- practice integrated working with all Alliance teams and the client
• Apply rigour to key projects and tasks that require accurate and timely delivery and decision making
• The ability to organise your workload and meet deadlines
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
• An interest in infrastructure, construction or the built environment
• A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites across our region
