Job summary

Anglian Water invites graduates to join its two-year Programme & Change Delivery Graduate Programme in a Project Manager role. You will lead the delivery of business-critical projects, rotate every six months across four portfolios, and work with sponsors, senior leaders and stakeholders to realise benefits.

Successful candidates hold a 2:2 degree or higher and graduate by September 2027; the salary is £33,000 per year with placements across Huntingdon, Peterborough, Lincoln or Norwich.

Your programme

Working within the Programme & Change Delivery Team as a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of business-critical projects that drive improvements across the organisation. Working closely with sponsors, senior leaders, business stakeholders and change professionals, you will ensure projects deliver their intended outcomes, realise measurable benefits, and create lasting value. This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational performance, drive strategic change, and help shape the future of how we operate. As part of the programme, you will rotate every six months across our four Programme & Change Delivery portfolios: Enterprise Services, Customer & Operational Services, Water Recycling and Water Services. This will give you the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and programmes, build relationships across the business, and develop a broad understanding of how we deliver change and value for our customers, communities and the environment.
