Anglian Water Group Ltd. is launching a Graduate Site Engineer programme for the East Anglia region, starting September 2027.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across major infrastructure projects, working with experienced engineers to develop your skills and build a solid foundation for a career in civil and process engineering. The role focuses on supporting site activities, learning CAD/BIM, organisational skills, and collaboration with Alliance teams and the client.

Qualifications

  • A 2:2 degree or above.
  • BEng or MEng/MSc in a relevant discipline.
  • CAD & BIM proficiency.
  • Detailed technical knowledge.
  • Knowledge of inter-related engineering disciplines.
  • To be able to work in an open and collaborative way—practice integrated working with all Alliance teams and the client.

Graduate Site Engineer Location: East Anglia Region Business Area: @one Alliance Start Date: September 2027 Salary: dependent on experience and skills Start your career where you can make a difference Within Anglian Water's @one Alliance, we bring together eight leading organisations to deliver Anglian Water’s capital investment programme across the East of England. Together, we’re delivering projects to help protect and improve one of the UK’s most important resources - water. As a Graduate Site Engineer you’ll be part of this exciting programme from the start, gaining hands‑on experience of Process Engineering across major infrastructure projects. You’ll work alongside experienced Engineering professionals building your knowledge, developing your skills and working towards a successful career in Electrical Engineering You’ll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience and work towards your longer‑term career goals.

What we’re looking for
  • A 2:2 degree or above
  • BEng or MEng/MSc in a relevant discipline
  • CAD & BIM proficiency
  • Detailed technical knowledge.
  • Knowledge of inter‑related engineering disciplines
  • To be able to work in an open and collaborative way- practice integrated working with all Alliance teams and the client
  • Apply rigour to key projects and tasks that require accurate and timely delivery and decision making
  • The ability to organise your workload and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
  • An interest in infrastructure, construction or the built environment
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites across our region
