Sweco UK is recruiting for the Autumn 2027 cohort of its Early Careers Graduate Scheme, inviting graduates to join as Graduate Operational Technology Engineers in the Water & Asset Management Division. The role focuses on ICA/SCADA support, real‑time strategies, asset management, and project delivery across critical infrastructure sectors.

You’ll work within Operational Technology teams on diverse projects, enjoying a two‑year blended learning programme, mentoring, and opportunities to achieve

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (placements excluded)
• Able to use Microsoft Office and other digital tools
• UK work eligibility—able to work in the UK on a permanent basis

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate project delivery with a Project Manager
• Define project scope and requirements
• Perform data federation, analysis, interpretation and presentation
• Author engineering standards
• Produce reports and document processes
• Map business processes
• Support digital initiatives across the team
• Collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines to meet requirements
