Sweco UK Ltd is inviting applications for the Autumn 2027 cohort of its Early Careers Graduate Scheme, recruiting Graduate Operational Technology Engineers to join the Water & Asset Management Division in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) within OT teams, offering a two-year blended learning program with virtual and in-person elements.

Qualifications

• Have a degree relevant to the role you’re applying for.
• Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
• Driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Can work in the UK without restrictions either now or in the future. This is a permanent role, and we are looking for candidates who can grow their careers with Sweco without a time limit.

Responsibilities

• Planning and co-ordinating the delivery of projects alongside a Project Manager.
• Defining scope and requirements for projects.
• Data federation, analysis, interpretation and presentation.
• Authoring engineering standards.
• Report production.
• Business process mapping.
• Supporting your team with company digital initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Close collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines as required to deliver project requirements.
