Sweco UK Ltd in Edinburgh is recruiting for the Autumn 2027 cohort of our Early Careers Graduate Scheme. Graduate Operational Technology Engineers will join our Water & Asset Management Division, delivering OT asset management services including SCADA consultancy for Critical National Infrastructure and utilities.

You'll work on ICA projects, be mentored, complete a two-year blended learning programme with virtual and in-person sessions, and secure a permanent role with a competitive salary and

Qualifications

• Have a degree relevant to the role you’re applying for.
• Have less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
• Are confident using Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
• Are driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Can work in the UK without restrictions either now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery of projects with a Project Manager.
• Define scope and requirements for projects.
• Perform data federation, analysis, interpretation and presentation.
• Author engineering standards.
• Produce reports for stakeholders.
• Map business processes for improvements.
• Support company digital initiatives and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
