Sweco UK Ltd in Leeds is recruiting for the Autumn 2027 cohort of our Early Careers Graduate Scheme. We are hiring Graduate Operational Technology Engineers to join our Water & Asset Management Division, delivering ICA projects.

You will work on OT asset management, SCADA-related work, and cross-disciplinary teams, supported by a two-year blended learning programme with mentors and progression opportunities.

Formación

• A degree relevant to the role you’re applying for.
• Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
• Driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Can work in the UK without restrictions now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and co-ordinating the delivery of projects alongside a Project Manager.
• Defining scope and requirement for projects.
• Data federation, analysis, interpretation and presentation.
• Authoring engineering standards.
• Report production.
• Business process mapping.
• Supporting your team with company digital initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Close collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines as required to deliver project requirements.
