Job summary

Sweco UK is recruiting for the Autumn 2027 cohort of our Early Careers Graduate Scheme, inviting graduates to join our Water & Asset Management division as Graduate Operational Technology Engineers. You’ll work on ICA/SCADA-focused projects, gain exposure across engineering disciplines, and develop real-time asset management and project delivery skills.

Our two-year blended learning program combines virtual and in-person sessions, mentorship from senior engineers, and structured masterclasses.

Qualifications

• Degree relevant to the role you’re applying for.
• Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (placements excluded).
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
• Can work in the UK without restrictions; this is a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Planning and co-ordinating the delivery of projects alongside a Project Manager.
• Defining scope and requirement for projects.
• Data federation, analysis, interpretation and presentation.
• Authoring engineering standards.
• Report production.
• Business process mapping.
• Supporting your team with company digital initiatives for continuous improvement.
