Job summary

Sweco UK is recruiting for the Autumn 2027 cohort of its Early Careers Graduate Scheme. The Graduate Operational Technology Engineers will join the Water & Asset Management Division to work on ICA projects, including SCADA consultancy, and contribute to the resilience of critical systems.

We offer a two-year blended learning programme with virtual and face-to-face delivery, a permanent position, and benefits such as 25 days holiday, strong pension, and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Have a degree relevant to the role you're applying for.
• Have less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
• Are confident using Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
• Are driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Can work in the UK without restrictions either now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects in Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) within OT teams.
• Contribute to project planning, scope definition and data analysis.
• Assist in preparing engineering standards and reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
