BMS Performance Ltd. is recruiting a Graduate Sales Executive for Cannock with a structured 12-month training programme. You will receive full commercial and technical product training and begin with a base salary plus bonus, with strong progression potential.

The role starts in Cannock, moving to a hybrid pattern with client visits. You will engage end users, electrical contractors and consultants, building your lighting knowledge through CAD and Relux/DIALux training.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to commute to Cannock.
• Confident speaking with customers.
• Keen to learn technical lighting products.
• Organised with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls and prospecting.
• Manage warm enquiries and develop customer relationships.
• Deliver product presentations and attend customer meetings.
• Produce lighting designs, quotations and ROI calculations.
• Work with CAD and lighting design software.
