Job summary

Qualifications

• Electronics or electrical engineering background.
• Systems/IT/configuration knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and a customer-friendly manner.
• Interest in a customer-facing technical role.
• Willingness to learn and develop into sales support.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and, if required, internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and product support to customers.
• Use electronics/electrical knowledge, plus any systems, IT or configuration skills.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge in customer meetings.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations and technical briefings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.
• Help resolve technical or application issues.
• Visit customer sites when needed.
• Support customer onboarding and product training.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
